The future of care
is still human.

We believe learning a new technology should help you feel more capable—and more connected to the work that matters.

See how we work

AI is changing how work gets done. Healthcare professionals deserve a clear, practical way to understand it. Clinical Future exists to make that first step—and the next one—a little easier.

From the senior editor

I started Clinical Future because I kept running into the same gap: healthcare professionals hearing enormous claims about AI, with no practical, trustworthy way to separate what's real from what's marketing. Every issue of the Brief is built the same way—a claim is only as good as its source, and a workflow is only useful if a person can pick it up, question it and still be the one who decides.

I'm not going to tell you AI will replace your judgment. I don't think it will, and I wouldn't want it to. What I can do is keep showing up every week with something specific, sourced, and worth ten minutes of your time.

If something in an issue looks off, or you want to push back on how we framed it, reply to the email. I read every reply.

Progress, with perspective.

Useful over impressive.

A repeatable workflow is more useful than a spectacular demo. We focus on specific tasks, clear inputs and outputs you can inspect.

Evidence over certainty.

We link to sources, distinguish observed results from assumptions, and acknowledge when something is unknown.

Human by design.

AI can support a draft. People review the work, understand the context and take responsibility for how it is used.

An open editorial process.

Our newsletter system gathers material from a configured list of public sources and uses AI to assist with drafting. It checks structure, source references and publication status before an edition can be sent. Source links help readers inspect the original context.

Each Practice edition is built around one workflow, a complete reusable prompt and explicit review criteria. We use synthetic examples. We do not treat generated text as clinical evidence or publish patient-specific recommendations. The system holds failed checks and supports editorial review before release.

Clinical Future is an educational publication. No institutional affiliation, professional accreditation or tool endorsement is implied. Tool availability, terms and suitability should be verified with your organization.

Privacy, in plain language.

Newsletter signup uses your email address and consent record. A confirmation link verifies access to your inbox. Paid subscriptions also store billing-provider identifiers and subscription status; card details are handled by the payment provider.

We use these records to deliver your selected edition, provide account access and manage billing. Email delivery may involve our email provider, and public-source newsletter drafts may be processed by an AI provider. We do not request patient records, clinical case uploads or other patient information.

Learning progress is saved only in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes it. Every delivered email includes a way to unsubscribe. Account access uses a necessary secure session cookie; this site does not include advertising trackers.

First-party traffic reporting stores the page path, external referring host, visit time and a monthly pseudonymous visitor signature for up to 90 days. It does not store the full referring URL, and authenticated admin activity is excluded.

Launch configuration must identify the publication operator, privacy contact, retention periods and applicable provider details before accepting live subscriptions. Until that information and the services are configured, this is a preview and live registration may be unavailable.

Subscription and use terms.

The free Brief is offered at no charge. Practice is $15 USD per month or $150 USD billed annually, depending on your choice. Any applicable taxes and the final amount appear at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period.

Unsubscribing from emails stops newsletter delivery but does not cancel recurring billing. Use your account's billing portal to cancel a paid plan. Educational content does not replace organizational policies, professional judgment or review of original sources.

No clinical outcomes, time savings or continuing education credits are promised. The newsletter describes evolving tools and methods; readers must evaluate relevance and suitability. Final operator details, support contact and refund policy must be completed before live checkout is enabled.
